These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoSoLocal LTD regarding the use of the Site, Mobile Applications and Service.

Chat: Response time within the number of hours highlighted in your package. Abusive or inappropriate language, messaging or behaviour is not tolerated and will result in the termination of service and your order being cancelled without refund.

Messages may be responded to by other members of the GoSoLocal team depending on your locals availability. We'll endeavour to ensure your assigned local is available to respond via chat.

Recommendations: Recommendations may exceed the number highlighted in your chosen package and will be made available within the time frame highlighted in your package. GoSoLocal is not responsible for operating hours for any places, business or recommendations - as these are subject to change.

We endeavour to keep this data as up to date as possible, and our service is providing information as to which places you may like. GoSoLocal LTD is not responsible for accident, injury, loss of possession, or any other circumstance that may arise whilst visiting places available through our service.

Routes: Routes may exceed the number highlighted in your package and will be made available within the time frame highlighted in your package.

Assigned Local: We'll always do our best to ensure your local matches your preferences. Your local will be assigned by GoSoLocal and may change.

Acceptance of Terms Of Service

Usage of the service provided by GoSoLocal LTD requires all customers to accept these Terms Of Service with no exceptions. These are highlighted during purchasing in both iOS and Android applications.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and GoSoLocal LTD's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
